Not to be confused with the Interstate Highway System?

[edit]

Not sure if it is a big deal, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one person that may confuse the two systems.

Perhaps, that's why there isn't Interstate 50 or 60? WikiWikiEngine (talk) 15:55, 1 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Changing the example?

[edit]

I don't like how the second example of a U.S. highway three digit in the detailed overview section is US-201. It's like the first one ever, sorting by parent highway. Could we change it to US-264 to match the initial example in the opening sentences? 2601:C6:D200:E9B0:8857:6C16:2EB:A264 (talk) 23:55, 26 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Is something broken? If not, the example is arbitrary and perfectly fine without being changed. If anything, it's good to include an example based off a single-digit parent so that readers know that there's a zero inserted to make three digits. Imzadi 1979  01:54, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'll still change it, however. 2601:C6:D200:E9B0:8857:6C16:2EB:A264 (talk) 02:43, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It has now been changed, although I also re-added the original U.S. 201 example. 2601:C6:D200:E9B0:8857:6C16:2EB:A264 (talk) 02:50, 27 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
