Arab-Middle Eastern title

[edit]

Why do you keep reverting back to "Arab" cuisine from "Middle East"? The lead literally state that it is a Middle Eastern dish. Israel, Turkey, Georgia are mentioned and they are literally not Arabic speaking countries. We need to stop edit warring. Please. ShawarmaFan07 (talk) 19:41, 14 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Mellk @Nableezy @HandThatFeeds this question is to you guys. We must make a consensus before reverting back and fourth. If Israel and Turkey traditionally consume shawarma, then why should be exclusive in the Arab cuisine? ShawarmaFan07 (talk) 13:08, 15 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Arab Cuisine, Middle Eastern Cuisine

[edit]

I have asked this previously but nobody seemed to answer, so I will ask again. Why should it just be labelled as "Arab Cuisine" rather than just Middle Eastern? Again, shawarma is traditionally consumed in Israel and Turkey, both of which are clearly mentioned in this article. So why should it just be called an Arab cuisine? Looks nothing like a typical shawerma, will try to find an alternative picture. Makeandtoss (talk) 09:58, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
